We are three practitioners and many collaborators – all with a passionate desire to do work that contributes to a better world.
We bring our whole selves to our work, and our vision of an awakened world.
We are in a process of discovery - holding the question ‘how can we discover wiser ways of living and working together?’
Our skills in participatory process have helped us along this path, and we are committed to developing our practice to nourish others and ourselves.
We work with individuals, organisations and communities - whoever invites us in to work with them in a participatory way, for as long as we are useful to them. We always aim to support people to follow their own path without us by building capacity in the people we work with.
To discover wiser ways of living and working together
This is why we do everything we do - we feel called to contribute to a world where we can together make wise decisions for now and for the future.
Conscious co-creation
We care about developing consciousness, together with others, and discovering the wisdom that already exists, to apply it to the new. Some examples of this can be found here.
We are exploring the idea of profit-for-purpose in our work to nourish others as well as ourselves.
Questions we are asking:
We call this inquiry our Nourish program. Our experiments so far include:
Putting our available resources of time, energy and money where they are needed to nourish good work in the world by supporting individuals, organisations and communities to build connection and capacity. We offer free coaching, places in our trainings, and hosting of conversations wherever we notice a need, and have capacity.
Investing heavily in our own development, to build our own capability and capacity. In the past year, we have studied complexity theory and practice, Partnership Brokering, Worldview Intelligence, The Work of Byron Katie, Nonviolent Communication and Teal organisations. We have also deepened our practice in the Art of Hosting, including the Art of Harvesting and graphic recording.
Offering a place for people to give a gift when they are paying for training or workshops, so others without resources can attend.
Living with less money and more meaning and peace
