I attended the recent conference at Redcliffe on the Art of Participatory Leadership. It was a really great way to start my work year and has given me inspiration and a fresh way of working with people; already I am using the group work techniques in my work. Mostly however I am inspired by the Art of Asking Questions and developing my curiosity.
Communities of Practice
I am a member of the 30 Mob (a community of practice for disability organisation managers and CEOs). Purpose Partners have proven to be professional in delivering a much appreciated coordination role of the 30 Mob. They have demonstrated support in relation to identifying issues that are important to us and following through in sourcing relevant and up to date information; leadership in relation to facilitating our development, ideas and positioning in the sector; and they know how to have fun.
